Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
CH Demand
Attach temperature clamp to boiler flow pipe
Place temperature probe in FGA test point
Place temperature probe in FGA test point

Observation:
Set CH temp to max. Allow boiler to ignite and establish for CH.
Run boiler up to temperature while monitoring both the flue gas temperature and the flow pipe temperature.
The boiler should shut down or maintain temperature at
approximately the CH max temp setting (usually 82°C).
Flue gas temperature should remain below 80°C.
Notes:
To reduce time taken for this test you may
wish to turn off some radiators.
Run boiler up to temperature while monitoring both the flue gas temperature and the flow pipe temperature.
