Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Disconnect the fan connector and earth from the fan
Remove the fan
Remove the fan bearing plate
Remove the fan
Remove the fan bearing plate
Observation:
Inspect condition of the fan bearing plate ensuring the flap is not stuck, all surfaces are clean, free from corrosion and that the rubber flap is free to lift up.
Note:
Upon reassembly all disturbed joints should be checked for gas tightness.
Do not apply any type of grease to the bearing plate.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
