Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)

Measurement:
Reset boiler as necessary and allow the appliance to complete its self check.
During the sparking stage of the ignition sequence, measure the voltage between pin 8 (blue) and pin 9 (orange) on connector HV2 at the PCB, voltage will be present for approximately 5 seconds.
The boiler will attempt to light 5 times before going to lockout, with approximately 35 seconds between each attempt.
Mains voltage expected.
