Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
Place temperature clamps on flow and return pipes as shown
Ensure boiler temp is approx. 40°C or lower by running it with
a CH demand with the gas turned OFF until the system cools
Isolate flow isolation valve underneath the boiler (leftmost valve)

Observation:
Reset appliance as necessary and allow the boiler to
complete its self check. Set CH temp to max.
Set the appliance to min rate by holding the button
until Max is shown on the display then press the DHW
down arrow once to change it to Min.
Measure the differential between the flow and return
until the appliance reaches temperature and shuts down.
Differential should be approximately 10°C or less.
