H13 is the code to indicate the appliance is due to be serviced, it does not affect the operation of the boiler and so it is recommended to retest the appliance once the reminder has been reset as it may have an additional fault.
Service history should also be checked and appliance serviced per Adapt / TOPs as required.
To reset the service reminder:
Hold down the eco and info buttons until "M1: Benchmark Menu" is displayed.
Press the DHW up arrow so "M2: Boiler settings" is displayed and press the eco button.
Press the DHW up arrow until 2.5F is displayed.
Press the eco button then adjust the setting to the appropriate time until the next service
(12 = 12 months), press eco again and a tick should be displayed to indicate the setting has been changed. Setting it to Off will disable the reminder.
To return to the main display press the info button twice.
