INSPECTION MIXING UNIT ASSEMBLY

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Disconnect the fan connector and earth from the fan
Remove the air intake, then remove fan assembly
Remove the mixing unit from the fan assembly (refer to instructions below)

Observation:

Inspect the mixing unit assembly for blockages / restrictions, ensuring it is in good condition and fitted correctly to the fan.

Reverse of the mixing unit assembly

Note:
If the condition of the mixing unit is ok do not re-fit the fan as it will need to be removed later for further tests.

Place a screwdriver in here to gently lift up to release, at the same time rotate mixing unit clockwise to remove.
