Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate

Location:
As the boiler has now fired for central heating it indicates that the PCB was set to holiday mode and the LED indicating this is faulty. The led is part of the PCB so would require the whole PCB to be replaced. This is at your discretion.
Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
