Isolate Water and Gas as appropriate
Location:
Top up system pressure as required, it may be advisable to ask the appliance owner how frequently they have to repressurise the boiler, if they have to do this on a regular basis then investigate possible causes e.g. expansion vessel pressure, passing pressure relief valve, filling loop, leak within the appliance / system, heat exchanger leaking internally into condensate.

Upon completion of the fault diagnostics carry out final electrical safety tests and checks as per TOPs (C6).
