Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
CH Demand
On/Off Switch ON
Remove Pump DC Connector from PCB
DHW Thermostat to Minimum
CH Thermostat to Minimum
Remove Pump DC Connector from PCB
DHW Thermostat to Minimum
CH Thermostat to Minimum

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage between the top and bottom terminals.
Expect approximately 1 vdc
With Probes still on the PCB terminals turn the CH thermostat to Maximum.
The voltage should increase to approximately 4 vdc
Note:
This voltage rise only occurs once on the initial start-up of the pump, if you wish to repeat the test follow the setup from the beginning of this test.

and refit as necessary
