Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove control box cover if necessary
Fuse F2 is the plain slow blow fuse of the two fuses at the front of the PCB
Remove fuse (1.6 Amp slow blow) from PCB

Measurement:

Check resistance of the fuse.
Replace fuse after test.
