Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove the back plate of the control box and the transformer from the PCB

Measurement:

The transformer has pins on each side of its base.
Place the transformer down so that the side with the four metal pins is at the bottom.
Test 1.
Measure the resistance across the two metal pins at the top.
Resistance should be approximately 50 ohms.
Test 2.
Measure resistance across the two lower pins on the L/H side.
Resistance should be approximately 1 ohm.
Test 3.
Measure resistance across the two lower pins on the R/H side.
Resistance should be approximately 1 ohm.
Refit transformer after test.
