INFORMATION CASE REMOVAL (DETAILED)

Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4

Case Removal
Loosen (no need to remove) the two screws (1) under the boiler.
Release the catch (2) at the top of the boiler then slide the case off forwards.
Facia Panel
Remove the screw (3) and lower the panel downwards.
Take care not to damage the pressure gauge capillary tube or electrical connections.
PCB Access
Free any wires held in by the black clips then remove the 3 screws (4) and lift cover.
Incoming mains terminal block is located at (5) for use as part of safe isolation process etc.

Newer versions of this PCB do not have a transformer - this does not matter for servicing but if fault finding ensure correct XSol model has been opened
