Set Appliance State:
Gas Off
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Remove fan assembly and air intake housing
Remove bearing plate (located above the fan in
the air gas manifold to the burner)
Remove bearing plate (located above the fan in
the air gas manifold to the burner)
Observation:
Inspect the condition of the fan bearing plate ensuring the flaps are not stuck, all surfaces are clean, free from corrosion and that the rubber flaps are free to lift up from the stainless steel frame.
Note:
1. Upon reassembly all disturbed joints should be checked
for gas tightness.
2. Before reassembly check the integrity of all disturbed gaskets
and seals and replace as necessary.
3. Do not apply any type of grease to the stainless frame or rubbers.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
