Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Selector switch to DHW position
CH temperature selector to minimum
DHW Preheat selector to OFF position
Unscrew the gas valve lead from the gas valve
and reattach to the top of the front panel as shown
(using the screw hole normally used to secure the PCB housing)
Selector switch to DHW position
CH temperature selector to minimum
DHW Preheat selector to OFF position
Unscrew the gas valve lead from the gas valve
and reattach to the top of the front panel as shown
(using the screw hole normally used to secure the PCB housing)

Measurement:
Allow fan to run and ignition sequence to commence.
During the sparking stage of the ignition sequence, measure the voltage between the left and right pins of the gas valve connector.
Approx. 210 - 230 VDC expected.
During the sparking stage of the ignition sequence, measure the voltage between the left and right pins of the gas valve connector.
Approx. 210 - 230 VDC expected.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
