Turn Hot Water Tap On
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Observation:

Has the boiler gone to lockout or does the fan run continually without lockout?
Note:
Boiler has locked out if middle light has illuminated.
