Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Turn potentiometer marked P4 MAX fully anticlockwise
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Turn potentiometer marked P4 MAX fully anticlockwise

Measurement:
If boiler does not react to CH demand select that option
below, otherwise allow burner to ignite and establish.
Once burner has established (sparking ceased) burner
should drop to minimum rate, 2.5mb +/-0.2mb (NG).
Is the minimum burner pressure correct?
Turn P4 back fully clockwise once test is complete.
Notes:
1. Minimum Propane: 6.4mb. Minimum Butane: 5.3mb
2. Manufacturer instructions provide a different method of measuring minimum rate.
This test is preferred by the lab as it reduces the chance of electrical contact.
3. When pressure gauge is removed pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas soundness.
