Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Gain access to incoming mains terminal block (use insulation mat as necessary)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Check for correct voltage between the mains in L (brown) and N (blue)
connections at the mains terminal block using a socket & see tester.
Mains voltage should be present.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
