Remove burner assembly from boiler
Observation:
1. Inspect burner and heat exchanger flue ways for restrictions and/or damage.
2. Check ignition electrode gap is approx. 4mm, gap to burner surface is approx. 9mm and that the ignition electrodes have no obvious signs of damage.
