locate and unscrew the 2 screws from the underside of the boiler that secure the outer casing, lift the casing upward to disengage it from the top locating hooks.

Unscrew the 4 screws securing the front combustion cover & remove.

Unscrew the 1 screw securing the PCB & lower down, if required release 2 clips & remove cover for access to the PCB.

Note: If pump is on the left hand side you are working on the normal version not the DIN - close model and reopen XSol using the other version.
