Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect CN11 from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance across pins 9 and 10 at CN11.
Resistance should be short circuit (zero resistance).
Note:
Colour of wires may change but
test points remain the same.
