Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Remove pump electrical cover
Remove electrical connections from pump assembly
Remove electrical connections from pump assembly
Measurement:
Test 1.
Measure for resistance across live and neutral terminals of the pump.
Expected resistance approximately 160Ω.
Test 2.
Measure for resistance across live and earth terminals of the pump.
Expected resistance greater than 1MΩ (or O.L.)
Measure for resistance across live and neutral terminals of the pump.
Expected resistance approximately 160Ω.
Test 2.
Measure for resistance across live and earth terminals of the pump.
Expected resistance greater than 1MΩ (or O.L.)
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
