Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Disconnect wires from connector CN5 & make safe
Disconnect wires from connector CN5 & make safe
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Cancel purge cycle & if required, reset boiler.
With CN5 disconnected, does the boiler still attempt to fire? (see note)
Note.
If the boiler no longer attempts to fire leave CN5 disconnected for next test.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
