Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Reconnect X6 at the PCB if you have not already done so
Unplug electrical connector at flow turbine and make safe
Unplug electrical connector at flow turbine and make safe

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage between pin 4 (red)
and pin 5 (black) on connector X6.
Is approximately 5V DC present?
Note:
Wires may be multicoloured.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
