Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Remove mains connector from the fan assembly

Measurement:

Test 1. Measure for resistance across pins 1 and 3 of
the fan assembly.
Expected resistance Greater than 1 MOhm.
Test 2. Measure for resistance across pins 1 and 2 of
the fan assembly.
Expected resistance Open Circuit.
Test 3. Measure for resistance across pins 3 and 2 of
the fan assembly.
Expected resistance Open Circuit.
