Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Pull connector X3 back slightly to expose test pins
Pull connector X3 back slightly to expose test pins

Measurement:
Reset appliance as necessary.
Measure the DC voltage between pins 2 and 3 on connector X3 on the PCB.
Approximately 210 - 230 VDC should be measured for 3 seconds as power is sent to the gas valve.
This will be repeated 5 times at 20 second intervals until lockout occurs.
Is the voltage measured as expected?
Notes:
1. Timings quoted are approximate.
2. Reset appliance and repeat test as necessary until outcome is determined.
