Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to AC Volts Set meter to measure AC Volts
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Selector switch set to OFF
WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow
TOPs P4 live testing procedure
Mains Power On

Measurement:

Measure for AC voltage across pins 3 (Brown) and 4 (Blue) of the main terminal block.
Expect mains voltage (230 Vac).
Note.
Connection 1 of terminal block is far left when facing appliance front.
