Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Gain access to PCB (use Insulation Mat as required)
Selector switch set to DHW
Preheat switched OFF
Selector switch set to DHW
Preheat switched OFF

Measurement:
With a hot water tap open (flow rate greater than 2.5 ltr/min).
Measure for DC voltage across pin 9 (X8 connector PCB) and main neutral (terminal block).
Expected voltage approximately 1.9 - 2.5 Vdc.
Measure for DC voltage across pin 9 (X8 connector PCB) and main neutral (terminal block).
Expected voltage approximately 1.9 - 2.5 Vdc.
