Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Ensure there is no demand for either CH or DHW
Selector switch set to CH/DHW
DHW temperature control set to MAX
Preheat switched OFF
Note.
Slightly move connectors until PCB connection
strips are exposed for voltage measurement
Selector switch set to CH/DHW
DHW temperature control set to MAX
Preheat switched OFF
Note.
Slightly move connectors until PCB connection
strips are exposed for voltage measurement

Measurement:
Step 1. Place a CH demand for approx. 10 seconds then remove demand.
Step 2. Run a hot tap (DHW demand).
Measure for AC voltage across pin 2 (X2 connector PCB) and main neutral (terminal block).
Expected voltage approximately 230 Vac.
Note.
It may take several attempts to confirm voltage, as it is only present for approx. 5 seconds, repeat steps 1 & 2 until test is complete.
Step 2. Run a hot tap (DHW demand).
Measure for AC voltage across pin 2 (X2 connector PCB) and main neutral (terminal block).
Expected voltage approximately 230 Vac.
Note.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
