Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB
Remove both ends of the Fan harness from the Fan and PCB X3

Measurement:

Measure the resistance of each wire in the harness from the PCB end to the Fan end.
