Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Drain primary system water from the boiler
Remove diverter head (remove clip)
Remove diverter valve cartridge

Observation:

1. Inspect diverter valve waterways for blockages and/or restrictions.
