Observation:
Once the boiler has reached a reasonable temperature switch off the demand, the Fan and Pump should overrun.
The fan will always run for 4min.
The length of the pump overrun depends on the type of demand:
Central Heating demand - 4min.
Hot Water demand - 1min.
