Set Appliance State:

Observation:
Visually check boiler for water leaks.
1. Check the primary heat exchanger all around.
2. Check the auto air vent situated on top of the heat exchanger and behind the flue.
3. Check the seal on the flue situated just above the spark generator.
(This may not be leaking without the boiler running but check for
water stains that indicate a leak is present when the boiler is running)
