Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Gain access to PCB
Remove connector X2A (4way, 5th from left) from the PCB

Measurement:

Measure the resistance from the blue wire to the black wire of connector X2A.
Expect approximately 4.1 KOhms.
