Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Preheat OFF
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Measurement:
Measure the voltage across the Live (brown, pin 1) and Neutral (blue, pin 2) leads at connector X1C on the PCB.
Expect mains voltage.
Note:
Power will only be sent to the pump for a few seconds during the start up sequence.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
