Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to AC Volts 
Preheat OFF
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)

Measurement:
Measure the AC volts at PCB connector X3 from the brown wire (pin 1) and blue wire (pin 2) to Earth.
The voltage measured should conform to the table below:
