Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Preheat OFF
Ensure the Pressure gauge is showing at least 1 bar
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)
Ensure the Pressure gauge is showing at least 1 bar
Gain access to PCB (use insulation mat as required)

Measurement:
Measure the DC voltage from orange wire of X8 (pin 11, far right) to Earth.
The voltage measured should be a stable reading and will depend on water pressure and should conform approximately to the table below:

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
