Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Discharge primary system water

Measurement:

Confirm the expansion vessel charge pressure is correct
(valve location top rear behind the flue turret).
Expected pressure 0.75 bar approximately.
