Observation:
Is the flow rate from the hot tap satisfactory?
Information:
Flow rate should be approximately 12 litres a minute.
If you have a flow rate between 2.5 and 12 litres a minute and you are CONFIDENT the fault is not due to the water flow rate select "FLOW RATE SATISFACTORY"
If the flow rate is below 2.5 litres a minute OR is between 2.5 and 12 litres a minute and you wish to investigate poor flow select
"FLOW RATE UNSATISFACTORY".
