Remove fan and burner from top of heat exchanger
Measurement:
Check that the electrode is not bent or distorted.
If the electrode is true then the sense electrode
gap from the burner should be OK.
To fully check the electrode gap necessitates burner removal, then by
turning the burner box and using it as a straight edge a measurement
can be made. The gap between the straight edge and the electrode
should be 22mm +/-1mm.
Note:
Before reassembly check the integrity of all disturbed
gaskets and seals and replace as necessary.

and refit as necessary
