Set Appliance State:
Mains Power Off
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Boiler Mains Switch ON
Diverter valve located at the lower LH side of the appliance
Diverter valve located at the lower LH side of the appliance

Observation:
Is the diverter valve in the DHW position (lever forward)?
Notes:
CH position - lever towards the back.
DHW position - lever towards the front.
If the diverter valve is in the correct position then it is advisable to repeat this test several times as the valve could be sticking.
