Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
Disconnect flame detection lead from PCB
(X12, located left of the spark generator)
Ensure appliance is cool
Disconnect flame detection lead from PCB
(X12, located left of the spark generator)
Ensure appliance is cool

Observation:
When the burner ignites is the burner pressure approximately 6mb?
Notes:
1. When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point
should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
2. As lead is disconnected flame will not establish, if appliance goes to lockout reset as necessary until test is complete.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
