Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
DHW Temperature Selector set to MAX
DHW Temperature Selector set to MAX
Gas On
| WARNING! - Mains voltage is expected during test follow TOPs P4 live testing procedure |
Observation:
Allow the burner to ignite and establish.
Does the U-gauge show the maximum burner pressure for the appliance? (see table)
Disconnect one lead to the gas valve modureg coil.
Mains power ON.
Allow the burner to ignite and establish.
Does the U-gauge now show the minimum burner pressure for the appliance? (see table)
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.
Does the U-gauge show the maximum burner pressure for the appliance? (see table)

and refit as necessary
