Set Appliance State:

Remove fan sensing pipe assembly
Observation:
Examine the fan sensing pipe, the burner
sensing pipe and their seals for damage,
blockages and signs of condensation
(it will require the removal of pipes and 'O' rings for full inspection).
Note:
Ensure on re-assembly that the pipe is
fitted securely and the gasket and 'O' ring seals
are satisfactory or it may prevent the boiler from firing.

Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
