Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Continuity Set meter to measure Continuity
Disconnect connector from fan

Measurement:

Check each wire in the harness has continuity.
Inspect the wiring harness that runs from the fan to the fan control board for damage and poor connections.
