Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Replace damaged fuse
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the brown and blue wires marked L and N on X1 connector at the PCB.
Resistance should be greater than 80 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the brown wire marked L on X1 connector at the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between the blue wire marked N on X1 connector at the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
Measure the resistance between the brown and blue wires marked L and N on X1 connector at the PCB.
Resistance should be greater than 80 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the brown wire marked L on X1 connector at the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
Test 3:
Measure the resistance between the blue wire marked N on X1 connector at the PCB to a suitable earth point.
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
