Set Appliance State:

Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4
Set Multimeter to Resistance Set meter to measure resistance
Disconnect connector X9 from the PCB

Measurement:

Check for continuity (zero resistance) between the leftmost brown wire marked L3 on the mains inlet plug and the brown wire marked 3 on X9 connector.
