Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Set Multimeter to DC Volts 
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Remove cover from PCB
Connect a link between pin 1 and 2 on terminal X4a
Selector Switch in Hot Water Position
Connect a link between pin 1 and 2 on terminal X4a
Selector Switch in Hot Water Position
Gas On

Measurement:
Once the boiler has lit and established, turn potentiometer P3 fully clockwise.
Measure the voltage between the red wire marked 2
and the violet wire marked 1 on X6 connector at the PCB.
Voltage should be approximately 26V DC.
Turn potentiometer P3 fully anti-clockwise.
Measure the voltage again between the red and violet wires.
Voltage should now be approximately 43V DC.
Measure the voltage between the red wire marked 2
and the violet wire marked 1 on X6 connector at the PCB.
Voltage should be approximately 26V DC.
Turn potentiometer P3 fully anti-clockwise.
Measure the voltage again between the red and violet wires.
Voltage should now be approximately 43V DC.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
