Set Appliance State:
| Isolate Mains Power to appliance as per TOPs P4 |
Turn Hot Water Tap On
Remove cover from PCB
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Safely connect a link between pin 1 and 2 on terminal X4a
Turn Pot P6 fully clockwise, making a note of its original position
DHW temperature set to MAX
Selector Switch in Hot Water Position
Attach U-gauge to burner pressure test point
Safely connect a link between pin 1 and 2 on terminal X4a
Turn Pot P6 fully clockwise, making a note of its original position
DHW temperature set to MAX
Selector Switch in Hot Water Position
Gas On

Measurement:
Once the boiler has lit and established, make a note of the burner pressure then turn potentiometer P3 fully clockwise.
Burner pressure should be approximately 1.4mb.
Turn potentiometer P3 fully anti-clockwise.
Burner pressure should increase to approximately 14.6mb.
Turn potentiometer P3 back to its original position / burner pressure.
Burner pressure should be approximately 1.4mb.
Turn potentiometer P3 fully anti-clockwise.
Burner pressure should increase to approximately 14.6mb.
Turn potentiometer P3 back to its original position / burner pressure.
Isolate as per TOPs P4
and refit as necessary
