Set Appliance State:

CH Demand
Turn Hot Water Tap On
CH Temperature Control set to MAX
Unclip, remove DHW microswitch and make safe
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
Selector Switch in Heating & Hot Water Position
Unclip, remove DHW microswitch and make safe
Attach pressure gauge to gas valve pressure outlet test point
Selector Switch in Heating & Hot Water Position

Observation:
Allow burner to ignite and establish.
Within approximately 25 seconds burner pressure should increase to the CH maximum output setting.
This can be set between 2.4mb to 14.6mb but is factory set at 6.0mb.
Turn Hot Water tap OFF.
As the boiler starts to reach temperature does
the pressure modulate down?
Note:
When pressure gauge is removed the pressure test point should be tightened and checked for gas tightness.

and refit as necessary
