Set Appliance State:

Set Multimeter to Resistance 
Replace damaged fuse(s)
Measurement:
Test 1:
Measure the resistance between the brown (3) and blue (2) wires at the PCB.
Resistance should be approximately 400 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the brown wire (2) to boiler earth (1).
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
Measure the resistance between the brown (3) and blue (2) wires at the PCB.
Resistance should be approximately 400 Ohms.
Test 2:
Measure the resistance between the brown wire (2) to boiler earth (1).
Resistance should be greater than 1M Ohm.
